Virginia Senate Race

Last night I saw a press release that absolutely disgusted me. The senate race in Virginia has become quite intense over the past few weeks. It all started with the 'macaca' incident, which was completely blown out of proportion. The media gave Jim Webb the leg up he needed by dragging out that story for close to 6 weeks. Now the race is nearly too close to call and it should not be. Last night George Allen's campaign put out a press release that voters should find appalling. (You can read it on the Drudge Report.) It gives excerpts from a book Jim Webb wrote a few years ago. The excerpts are very disturbing and show the direction of Webb's moral compass. This press release should cause all voters to think carefully about what kind of person they want acting on their behalf in the Senate!
