Apple Dumpling Perfection
(Well, except for the one that blew completely out of it's pastry, leaving only a cave where the apple had been. Wish I'd taken a picture.)
My dad got up at the crack of dawn last Sunday morning and made all these dumplings before church. Here they are all packaged up for the ride to Ohio or South Carolina.
And of course, one set went home with me. :)

Ok, where is the one with my name on it????? Nana and I were going to get apple dumplings last weekend at the Shaker Woods festival but were to full from our lunch. They look so yummy!
