I am so disappointed. They've changed the forcast from winter storm to wintry mix and now to rain. The possibility still exists for freezing rain, but you can't take your kids out to play in ice. What a bummer!
Yes -- it is the way of Richmond -- always been that way as far as I can remember. If weather forecasters can't predict what will happen in two days time, how can climatologists predict what will happen with global warming years from now. It makes no sense to me.
