
I will always reheat my pizza in a pan on the stove. Because, oh my word, it is so much better that way! The bottom becomes so crisp and good. The crust doesn't transform into some kind of tough rubber. All the cheese and toppings heat through and stay in place. It is by far the best way to reheat a piece of pizza.
I will do better because I know better.
