Picture Problems and A Crazy Day

I finally won my battle with blogger. We've been fighting since last night over whether or not I was going to be allowed to upload a certain picture I wanted to share with you guys. After trying repeatedly last night, I gave up. I started trying again tonight and was treated to the same error messages all over again. The help center message boards indicate that a lot of people are having trouble uploading images and the advice of the Blogger Employees is to keep trying. So keep trying I did. And I finally won. It's up.

But I postdated it to tomorrow so I could participate in Wordless Wednesday. : )

As for today.

We had another car seat mishap. I had errands to run today so I got the kids all ready to go. Socks. Shoes. Jackets. Diaper bag. We walked out to the car and put everything in the front seat. I took Daniel around to his side, opened the door and groaned. His car seat was still in Michael's car from Saturday night.

So there we were. All dressed up and nowhere to go.

After emailing Michael our dilemma, he reminded me of an older seat we had stored outside. We were finally able to leave the house at 11, which means we lost most of the morning. There was good news coming though. When I called my dad to see if I could return his sunglasses to him at work, he suggested we meet for lunch at Ukrops instead. You should have heard the cheering from the backseat! I think Daniel chanted 'Papa! Papa!' all the way there.

The rest of the day was up and down and there's no need to relive all the drama. Once was plenty. Tonight I'll be working on data entry for Rocketts. If I finish by tomorrow I can put the time on this month's invoice. Good motivation to get busy.
